Restore and strengthen your body and mind on the mat, either in our studio or in the comfort of your own home.
Sharing what I learn about yoga, I hope more people benefit from it. Look after your own well-being and the well-being of those around you.
I decided to study yoga in 2019 after almost ten years of practice. This undoubtedly brought more balance to my life and to the lives of those closest to me.
Yoga is a discipline that sustains us, helps us achieve our goals and overcome difficult circumstances. It is place for self-acceptance but also an opportunity to transcend our self-imposed barriers.
After my yoga practice I feel more positive and resilient. I believe that teaching others produces similar results in their lives.
I would encourage everyone, to try yoga, providing there are no health issues that would prevent them from participating.
We should all approach yoga without prejudice, with an open mind, and be willing to learn more about ourselves.
It is difficult to define yoga. Yoga could be defined as a science because the roots of this multidimensional discipline can be found in different sciences. Yoga takes elements from anatomy, physiology, psychology, neuroscience to name a few and puts them into action. The Yoga Sutras define yoga as: "The stilling of the fluctuations of the mind". In my opinion yoga can be defined as both, "the action", the practice and discipline that controls the rising of the mind and "the state" in which we experience the calm and bliss of the still mind. | Yoga doesn’t just concern itself with the body it develops the inner self. This journey is of unimaginable joy, amazement, acceptance, compassion and self-development. It is a holistic practice, but for most people yoga begins with the body. The more you practice the more you can develop physically and mentally. Hope to see you on the mat. |
