Sharing what I learn about yoga, I hope more people benefit from it. Look after your own well-being and the well-being of those around you.
I decided to study yoga in 2019 after almost ten years of practice. This undoubtedly brought more balance to my life and to the lives of those closest to me.
​Yoga is a discipline that sustains us, helps us achieve our goals and overcome difficult circumstances. It is place for self-acceptance but also an opportunity to transcend our self-imposed barriers.
After my yoga practice I feel more positive and resilient. I believe that teaching others produces similar results in their lives.
I would encourage everyone, to try yoga, providing there are no health issues that would prevent them from participating.
